Public Hearing Notice – Special Land Use

The City of Tawas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Tawas City Hall, 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on a Special Land Use application for the outdoor sale of boats and small recreational vehicles, parcel code 130-036-300-014-00, located at 1132 West Lake Street. Comments may be made in person, in writing to the Tawas City Planning Commission, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, Michigan 48764, or emailed to the Deputy Clerk at [email protected] by 5pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
