Tawas City Ordinance No. 327, Marihuana Facilities and Establishments

Tawas City Ordinance No. 327, Marihuana Facilities and Establishments, which will add Chapter 15 to the Code of Ordinances, for the City of Tawas City, Michigan will take effect December 23, 2022.  The ordinance intends to regulate marihuana facilities and marihuana establishments and the issuance of permits to the extent they are permitted under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act and the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act.   The Tawas City Ordinance No. 327, Marihuana Facilities and Establishments can be viewed here.  To apply for a permit, you may do so by clicking here.
