Zoning Administrators are professionals who are responsible for the review of development of land use and zoning polices. They review applications for rezoning, changes of use, and new construction.
Their duties include regular public hearings with applicants, advise or consult with developers on how their proposals can be in compliance, issuing zoning violation warnings and fines. Additional duties include advising the Planning Commission and other City administrators on ordinance revisions, long-term strategic planning.
