Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Notice

The Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 3:00 pm at the Tawas City Hall located at 550 West Lake Street to hear a variance request from Iosco County Coats for Kids regarding setbacks for an addition to the existing building located at 1111 West Lake Street. The property is zoned B-3 General Business District, described as parcel number 130-036-300-008-00, and the legal description is available at Tawas City Hall.  Comments concerning the variance request may be made in person or in writing by 3:00 pm on February 26, 2025 to the Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, MI  48764 or emailed to the City Deputy Clerk.
