City of Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Monday September 8, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Tawas City Hall Council Chamber, 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, MI 48763, 989-362-8688. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the August 11, 2025, meeting minutes and to discuss the interpretation of Article 4, District Regulations, Section 4.09, Waterfront District, C. Development Standards, 2c. Waterfront Yard of the Zoning Ordinance.
