Public Hearing Notice Special Land Use

The City of Tawas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Tawas City Hall, 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on a Special Land Use application for a Wireless Communications Facility which uses Support Structures, parcel code 130-036-200-001-00, located on Sixth Street.  Comments may be made in person or in writing to Tawas City Planning Commission, 550 W. Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, Michigan 48764, or emailed to the Deputy Clerk at [email protected] by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
