The Tawas Utilities Authority along with the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) will be meeting jointly for a Special Meeting on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.  The location of the Special Meeting will be at 401 Ketchum Street Suite B, Bay City, MI 48708.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss the draft Administrative Consent Order from the Michigan Depart of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy.
