Planning Commission – Special Meeting Notice

A Special Planning Commission Meeting will be held on April 10, 2025 at 4pm at Tawas City Hall 550 W. Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan.

The purpose of the special meeting is to review the conditional rezoning request for 429 Mathews Street from R-1 Single-Family Residential District to B-2 Community Business District to allow the use of only a performing arts studio on the parcels.
