PUBLIC NOTICE VARIANCE REQUEST

The Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the Tawas City Hall located at 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan 48763 to hear a variance request from Iosco County Coats for Kids regarding setbacks for an addition to the existing building located at 1111 West Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan. The property is zoned B-3  General Business District, described as parcel number 130-036-300-008-00, and the legal description is available at Tawas City Hall. Comments concerning the variance request may be made in person or in writing by 3:00 pm on March 31, 2026, to the Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, Michigan 48764 or emailed to the City Deputy Clerk at [email protected].
