Public Rehearing Notice

The City of Tawas City Planning Commission will hold a rehearing of public comments on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 6pm at Tawas City Hall, 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City.  The purpose of the rehearing is to receive public comments on a Special Land Use application for a commercial addition/expansion for parcel code 130-036-400-014-00, located at 1047 Bay Drive. Comments may be made in person, in writing to the Tawas City Planning Commission, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, MI 48764, or emailed to the City Clerk at [email protected] by 5pm June 3, 2025.
