Public Hearing Notice

A public hearing will be held by the Tawas City Council at 6:00pm on Monday, October 6, 2025 to receive comments on the proposed Ordinance No. 334 to amend Section 6.67, Enforcing Agency, Article III – Dangerous Buildings of Chapter 6 – Buildings and Building Regulations of the Code of Ordinances, City of Tawas City, Michigan.

Comments may be made in person, in writing to the City of Tawas City, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, Michigan 48764, or emailed to the City Clerk at [email protected].  Copies of the draft ordinances are available for public review at City Hall or on the City’s website at tawascity.org.
