Notice of Public Hearing – Ordinance No. 332

A public hearing will be held by the Tawas City Council at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 16, 2024 to receive comments on the proposed Ordinance No. 332, DTE Gas Company Franchise Agreement, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Tawas City.  The proposed ordinance is to permit DTE Gas Company to operate a gas utility business within the City of Tawas City.

Comments may be made in person, in writing to the City of Tawas City, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, Michigan 48764, or emailed to the City Clerk.  A copy of the draft ordinances is available for public review at City Hall or by clicking here.
