Tawas City Shoreline Park Building Lease Proposals

The City of Tawas City is soliciting proposals to lease the City-owned concession building located in Shoreline Park at 431 West Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan. The building measures 17′ x 30′ and is equipped with a furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and commercial sink. The lessee will be responsible for all utilities including water/sewer, natural gas, and electricity, as well as garbage removal. The building does not contain restrooms; however public restrooms are available elsewhere in the park. The current lease terminates on February 28, 2027.
