Golf Carts

Golf carts are permitted on designated streets within the City of Tawas City pursuant to the provisions of MCL 257.657a and the City of Tawas City Ordinance.  Residents and visitors wishing to operate a golf cart on public streets must comply with all applicable provisions of state law and local ordinance.
