Public Hearing Notice

The City of Tawas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6 pm at Tawas City Hall, 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, Michigan 48763.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on a Special Use application for a Short-Term Rental for parcel code 130-036-400-017-00, located at 1105 Bay Drive. Comments may be made in person, in writing to the Tawas City Planning Commission, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, Michigan 48764, or emailed to the Deputy Clerk at [email protected] by 5 pm on July 7, 2026.
