Public Notice – Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting

The Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Monday September 8, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Tawas City Hall located at 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, MI 48763 to consider the following:

  • Interpretation of Article 4, District Regulations, Section 4.09, Waterfront District, C. Development Standards, 2c. Waterfront Yard, of the Zoning Ordinance.

Comments concerning the interpretation may be made in person or in writing by September 8, 2025, at 1:00 pm to the Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals, 550 West Lake Street, PO Box 568, Tawas City, MI 48764, or emailed to the City Deputy Clerk at [email protected].
