The Tawas City Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Monday, August 11, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Tawas City Hall located at 550 West Lake Street, Tawas City, MI 48764 to hear a variance request from Jeff Brettrager regarding a 30′ x 50′ garage with a 10′ lean-to located at 1006 Margo Street. The property is zoned R-1 Residential District, described as parcel numbers 130-036-400-020-50 and 132-J20-999-001-32, and the legal description is available at Tawas City Hall.
