Union Square Park

The neighborhood Union Square Park, 800 Fourth St., was established in 1992. The 1.5-acre park is the site of the former Tawas City Department of Public Works building and is named for Union soldiers who fought in the Civil War. Recent additions to the park include rail fencing, a picnic table, benches and trees. Union Square Park is set in a residential area where residents can play frisbee, kickball and other games.
