Consumer Energy River Access

The Consumers Energy River Access was established in 2022 when Consumers Energy leased the property to Tawas City.  This tranquil property is located along the bank of the Tawas River at the dead end of Oak Street behind Walmart.  With an area of almost four acres in Tawas City and Baldwin Township, visitors have the opportunity to view all types of wildlife and fish along the bank of the Tawas River.  The park includes a picnic table and trash can for use by visitors.
